Intelligent System

Operation Design
The one-button winding roller function is used to control the lifting and lowering of the screen around the rod through pneumatic control to avoid wrinkling, slanting and finished rolling during laminating. The front and rear dual knob speed control can be switched at any time, making it convenient for rear cutting, fine-tuning and correction. It uses a pulsed speed control knob, which can rotate 360 degrees, achieving continuous speed change. The accurate laminating speed can be displayed both front and rear, and it will automatically return to the set starting speed when the laminating stops. It can also be equipped with a dual-foot pedal configuration, one foot pedal controls the start and the other controls the lifting and lowering of the rubber roller, freeing both hands and making it convenient for single-person operation.
The Diameter of the Retracted and Discharged Material
The diameter of the retracted screen is 30cm, and the maximum diameter of the finished product is 35cm, which can realize the continuous laminating of special thickened materials or multi-rolled materials.
