Working Principle: The overall control is carried out through the main control machine, and the X-direction cutting mechanism and the Y-direction cutting mechanism move along the guide rail and slide rail respectively to achieve transverse and longitudinal cutting of the coil material. The feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying the coil material, and the feeding device is used to place the coil material. The automatic deviation correction system can detect position marks on the coil material, control the conveying distance of the coil material and the movement of the cutting mechanism. At the same time, the X-direction and Y-direction deviation correction mechanisms can correct the deviation phenomena of the material in real time to achieve accurate cutting.
